Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays, product launches, high-volume order periods, or promotional events.

After your order has been processed, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping time is typically 3 to 10 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Honey and Thorn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Honey and Thorn is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or leasing office first.

You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, Honey and Thorn may offer shipping to select locations only. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Honey and Thorn is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
