Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have, once approved, and then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
